Chaitea says: this should probably be handled in PM's and snaky attitude for us trying to do our job isn't appreciated. I'd he happy to have Spanky unbanned and back on the boards but this continual breaking of rules (which are there for a reason) isn't exactly working towards that end.

This thread is here for you guys to know the rules and give us feedback on them. If anyone does have a problem with the rules, i urge them to approach us maturely about the matter so things can be settled without hostilities. This board is here for you guys, you all have a say in it so speak up rather then act out, please.

As Spanky is banned, there is no reason for "messages from Spanky" to be posted in this thread or any other.

Is the moderator that stated that this forum is one that pursues Otherkin in a scientific fashion (implying that is the only acceptable method by implying it is a rule) going to state publicly if this is the case? I ask because I would like to know so I can make a decision regarding my continued membership of these forums. I do not wish to be a part of a forum where certain reasonable methods of thinking are against the rules as this particular moderator implied.

I agree with Chaitea...I also think that if people have a problem with how a board is run they have three options: 1. PM admin or a moderator and talk about it. 2. Suck it up and get over it. or 3. Leave and find a new forum, there are a bunch of them out there.

i think you refer to one of my statements, but you didn't quite understand it.

there is no problem with different methods of thinking or different opinions. "scientific manner" means, for instance, that we need to define some words before using them, so that everyone knows what is meant. definitions are needed for any useful discussion, otherwise people might talk about totally different things - which only produces confusion, and sometimes fights. also, everyone should have the right to question things, as long as it happens in a civilized manner.

i hope this answers your question.
